Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website, whether as direct orders via the online shop or as pre-orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below, including payment terms, shipping conditions, and return policies.

1. Seller Information
Hal.Project is the brand name of Halszka Staniewicz, operating as a sole trader based in Barcelona, Spain.

‍2. Products & Availability
Online shop items are ready-made and available in stock unless otherwise stated.Pre-orders are produced on request and may require additional production time (see Section 5). As each piece is handmade, slight variations in form, size, and colour are natural and should be expected.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR. VAT is included where applicable.Payments are processed securely through Stripe at checkout. For pre-orders, invoices are issued by email and must be paid in full before production begins. Payment links are provided via Stripe. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (for online shop) or included in the invoice (for pre-orders).

4. Shipping
Spain: Correos standard delivery. Rest of EU: UPS Standard.Orders above €150 qualify for free shipping. We currently ship only within the European Union (excluding the UK and countries outside the EU customs area). Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation with tracking details.If you would like to discuss a custom-made order to be shipped outside the EU, please contact hello@halproject.studio to explore options.

5. Delivery Times
Online shop: orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Pre-orders: production time is up to 4 weeks before dispatch.

6. Cancellations & Returns
Online shop orders: In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Pre-orders: As pieces are made to order, cancellations and returns are not accepted once production has started. In accordance with Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
