Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
‍These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Hal.Project via pre-order.

‍1. Overview
All pieces are custom made. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below, including production timelines, payment terms, and shipping conditions.

‍2. How to Place a Pre-Order
To place a pre-order, please get in touch via email or through the contact form. Once the details of your order are confirmed, you will receive an invoice with the final pricing and shipping cost. Production will begin after full payment is received.

‍3. Seller Information
Hal.Project is the brand name of Halszka Staniewicz, operating as a sole trader based in Barcelona, Spain.

‍4. Payment
Invoices are issued manually after the order is confirmed.
All payments must be completed in full before production begins.

‍5. Production & Delivery
All pieces are custom made. Turnaround time is up to 4 weeks.
Shipping is currently available only within the European Union.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping and tracking details.

‍6. Pricing & VAT
All prices are listed in EUR. VAT is included where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and included in the invoice.

‍7. Cancellations & Returns
Due to the nature of custom production, cancellations and returns are not accepted once production has started.
In accordance with Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, including clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
