Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping
Spain: Orders are shipped with Correos Standard. European Union: Orders are shipped with UPS Standard. We currently ship only within the EU (excluding the UK and non-EU countries with customs). Orders over €150 qualify for free delivery. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. For special projects outside the EU, please contact hello@halproject.studio to discuss custom options.

2. Delivery Times
Online shop pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Pre-orders are made especially for you and take up to 4 weeks before dispatch.

3. Returns
Online shop: If for any reason you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Pre-orders: These pieces are made to order, so cancellations and returns aren’t possible once production has started.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
