Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping
Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), shipping within the EU is currently limited to selected countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact me via email or Instagram to discuss a custom order.

Orders over €150 qualify for free delivery. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

2. Delivery Times
Online shop pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Pre-orders are made especially for you and take up to 3-4 weeks before dispatch.

3. Returns
Online shop: If for any reason you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Pre-orders: These pieces are made to order, so cancellations and returns aren’t possible once production has started.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
